With its wrap around resin tip, heavy-duty fiberglass reinforced blade and striking looks, the Hartley is a perfect companion to the adventure seeker in you. With over 20 laminations ( 29 to be exact!), this bent shaft paddle is not only strong but light. The Hartley also features an epoxy coated 5 ply shaft with a comfortable oiled grip for that true organic feel. The blade design makes for a low end feel reminiscent of a beavertail paddle, but its 10 degree bend makes it much more efficient than its classic counterpart. At H&H we care about making the strongest and most beautiful paddles and the Hartley is no exception. This is a must have canoe paddle for any serious tripper.
